providing a full range of services for both early and late model
mini's. After several
business trips to England and meetings with some of the top
Mini tuning companies Rick decided to expand the business to
include the MIni.
The addition of the Mini has been a great success, providing
a much needed service option for Mini owners in the North Bay.

Performance
Tuning Kit
Stage
I
-
This
kit includes a stage I superchip, Mini sport stainless steel
exhaust system with a 90mm
slash cut tailpipe and a K&N air filter. Kit produces a
30hp increase for the Mini one and a 15hp for the
Mini cooper.
Stage
II -
Kit includes a performance modified cylinder head, performance
camshafts, performance
manifold, performance stainless steel exhaust system, superchip
engine chip, new head gasket set
set of head bolts and wiring for oxygen sensor.
This kit produces over 55hp in the Mini One and 30hp in the
Mini Cooper. |

Superchips

Performance gains are realized by altering
the ignition tiiming along with the fuel curve,
the
increases in horsepower and torque result in faster acceleration
and improved driveability. rev limiters are
also increased resulting in greater road speed in each gear
along with the removal of the top speed limiter

a 25hp
chip
and a 40hp
chip.

air filters

rampipe base
manufactured from spun alloy.
Dyno tests have shown an

Mini
Sport Superflow exhaust system -
Designed to give optimum exhaust flow, producing an increase
in
power whilst creating a deep, low exhaust note for the sports
driver.
The stainless steel manifold and full exhaust system with twin
silencers has been developed using F1
technology and is the system used in the Mini sport stage II
tuning kit. The system utilises the existing
mounting brackets so no modification is necessary. Two exhaust
tip styles are available, a slashcut 3"
round tailpipe or a rolled 2.5" round tailpipe. Available
for Mini one and Mini Cooper.

SSEC
(Stainless steel Exhaust company) -
Makes a superior quality cat back exhaust system. This
exhaust is made fromhigh grade stainless steel and features
a single silencer. This backbox will fit straight
on to the back of the act without any further modifications
to exhaust hangers or bodywork. An increase in
power and torque, along with a low deep sound can be expected
when firring this system. The tailpipe is
round and inwardly rolled which enhances the look of either
the Mini One or Mini Cooper.

two new silencers for the Mini One and the Mini Cooper. The first is a single 97mm x 80mm oval tail pipe
and the second is a twin silencer with 90mm round tail pipes. On this application the rear bumper must

Sureflex
Suspension -
designed with input from world rally championship suspension
suppliers. MIni Sport
has designed a sus-pension kit which dramatically improves the
factory set up.
The car will be lowered by approx-mately 30mm and suspension
travel is improved.
The kit is designed for Mini One and MIni Cooper with a kit
for Mini Cooper S in development.

Spax
Suspension
- is used by several of the Mini One race teams. A complete
suspension kit has been
designed and developed by Spax Motorsport to give your car near
race car hanndling and looks.
The kit consists of a set of dampers, coil over springs, performance
bump stops and C spanners.
This special RSX kit features:
4 fully adjustable shock absorbers for fast, easy and precise
tuning of your car 's suspension settings.
Fully adjustable ride height for tuning of corner weights and
center of gravity.
4 matching 2 1/4" race style coil springs for ultimate
performance and race car looks.
Fully external adjustable damping
Each kit is fully dyno tested to ensure quality and performance.
This kit lowers the Mini One, Cooper and Cooper S approximately

Suspension -
have been supplying performance products for the UK market for
over 15 years.
In 1990 Pi introduced their new line of lowering springs to
the UK market.
This was followed by the introduction of their full suspension
kit line in the late 1990's.
It combines the lowered sport springs with a new line of quality
uprated gas dampers.
The suspension kit lowers the Mini ONe and Mini Cooper by 30mm
front and rear.
Mini Cooper S product is in development.

Tar-Ox
Brakes -
A must have for cars that require more stopping power.
The brake rotors are 318mm in diameter and can be grooved or
cross drilled. Brake calipers are available in
6 or 10 piston sizes. Each kit contains 2 brake calipers, 2
brake rotors, 1 set of fast road brake pads,
stainless steel braided hoses, mounting brackets and bolts.
A Tar Ox brake upgrade gives you amazing brakingperformance
and enhances safety by eliminating disc
failure deformation and vibration without sacrificing the comfort
of a smooth gradual braking action.
These advantages are achieved by the programmed release of the
pistons inside the caliper.
17" wheels or larger are required for kit fitment.
