  • John Thompson has been with
    the company for just over 7 years.
    Initially a BMW technician, John
    is now the head of the service
    department. His knowledge of
    BMW's and superior customer
    service skills have earned him
    a reputation as one of the best
    in the business.
    John is a customer favorite and
    it is not uncommon for a customer
    to drop by, bottle of wine in hand,
    just to say thank you.

Matthew Row is the oldest son of
Rick Row the company owner.
Matthew has worked alongside
his father on BMW's from an
early age, and it would be fair to
say that he has inherited his
fathers excellent technical skills
and superb work ethic.
Matthew recently completed a
course in advanced BMW
diagnostic systems. Add this to
the wealth of knowledge already
accumulated, and you are looking
at one of the great new young
talents working in the BMW scene.

Froylan Alavrez  has been with us
for just over 6 years. Froylan
graduated from our apprentice
program and is now one of our
BMW technicians. His area of
expertise is brakes,suspension
and transmission work.
Froylan is a big sports fan and
after hours you'll find him on the
basketball court or soccer field.
Great attitude, good work ethic
and very dependable, froylan
has a bright future with North
Bay Bavarian.

Cam Luu is a recent addition to
our team. He has worked in the
Auto Industry for the last 15 years
running his own successful auto
repair business.
After a period of time away from
the industry, Cam decided to
return. We consider ourselves
very lucky to have him as a
member of the team.

great taste in cars
Cam was one of the first guys
in the area to own the E30 M3,
and the E34 M5

  Logan Wilson is another recent
addition to the team. Logan has
been working on BMW's since
his early teens. He recently
completed 2 years at U.T.I.
technical school and graduated
wiith a 4.0 average. He also
completed an advanced BMW
diagnostics course. Logans next
project is going to be installing a
BMW V8 engine into a E36 318ti.

nician with an outstanding work
ethic and an absolute BMW nut.

Evodio Medrano has been working
with us for about one year and has
been keeping our shop organized as
well as offering customers a ride to
work or back home. Evodio will wash
your car after service is completed
with great attention to detail. Evodio
is enrolled in our apprentice program
and has the ability to excel as a
BMW technician. He is always
courteous and polite, and ready to
lend a hand when needed.
Evodio is a great addition to
Northbay Bavarian.
